Hi, Has anyone here managed to change a lot of their bad habits for the long term as I don't feel like I seem to be able to change my habits. They keep reverting back... If I could hear positive stories about changing habits long term it would be great. The biggest habit for me to break is eating all natural fresh and unprocessed foods. Has anyone manged to go from eating junky foods to not eating any more at all or just in very small quantities? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
