Another sleepless night suffering nightmares!! Does anyone else suffer?

I suffer from them when I'm feeling really low and struggle to get to sleep and when I do the nightmares start x

I suffer really bad with nightmares. Are you on medication? Because the medication I'm on can apparently give you nightmares. I have really bad Ines about family etc and people dying. I've woken up crying many times x

I've woken up crying many times x I'm not on medication atm they were worse when I was on antidepressants. I tend to wake up crying too like this morning xx |
