Hi my names Sam I'm 35 and have struggled with pnd and severe depression for many years. I am getting better but still have tough days more so lately. I struggle to talk about it so I'm hoping this site can help x

Hi Sam. I also suffer with severe depression and have done for many years. You're bound to still have your bad days, but I'm really glad to hear that you are getting better, and I really hope that this forum can bring you help and support.
