Wanted to share with you all an app I find quite useful to encourage me to use my mindfulness, especially to help me to get to sleep if I'm stressed and the old brain is working overtime! I participated in Relay classes that my mental health worker encouraged and as much as the thought of being in a room with a bunch of strangers feeling anxious and scared it was extremely helpful. You do have to be open minded to it, do it a few times and take that time to have time out for you - it's so so important! Hope it helps

I've not heard of the app before but have done guided meditation and find it really helps so I will give this a try thank you x
